Our Manufacturing Expertise
Our research and manufacturing team has had extensive experience in manufacture and design of high-pressure vessels and pumps.
This expertise is in production as we design extractors for our own herbal extraction needs. Because of this, our units are designed to be production units not just lab units with increased volume.

Our equipment is manufactured using Catia, ANSYS and solidworks 3D design software.

Quick Closure System
Multiple closure setups are available. Quick closure with nut and bolt locking is easy to use and robust enough for high pressure, high capacity extractors. Flanged closures have ease of access and are used in smaller capacity units.
Our pressure regulating valves ensure optimum pressure control leading to an efficient extraction and up to 95% recovery and recycling of CO2 used during extraction.
